Spring 2016 KSU BOOTCAMP

Stephanie's Blog: Hi my name is Stephanie. I currently hold a B.S., and M.B.A. in Business from Kansas State University. I am an AFAA certified personal trainer, AFAA certified group exercise instructor, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. I am also part of "Runners Edge Pacing Team" out of Kansas City, and pace local endurance road races. I started running for the weight-loss benefits and soon found out I enjoyed it more than anything! My first half marathon was in 2004. Since then I have completed 7 full marathons, 2 marathon relays, and over 36 half-marathons. Currently, I have switched gears and am pursuing competitive body building. My first bikini show was in 2012, and then I competed in the figure division in 2013, taking 3rd place. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children. I aspire to lead by example, while educating my children on making healthy nutritional choices, and leading an active lifestyle. My goal is to share my weight loss journey with others, and encourage others in making better lifestyle choices.
